Following the implementation of the project, a pedestrian tunnel was constructed beneath Pilaitės Avenue, ensuring safe and convenient passage for pedestrians in one of the busiest areas of the city. The tunnel connects the intersection of Pilaitės Avenue and V. Pociūnas Street, providing secure access between residential neighborhoods and commercial zones. This solution improved pedestrian infrastructure and enhanced traffic safety by separating pedestrian flows from heavy vehicle traffic.
