The Fegda Group acquired “Plentprojektas”

“Fegda Group” has good news – our team will be even larger. UAB “Fegda Group” has acquired the majority (80%) of the shares in the design and urban planning company UAB “Plentprojektas.” From now on, our company group will have two design companies – “SRP Projektas” and “Plentprojektas,” and our team will be joined by more than 20 new colleagues. In total, more than 80 colleagues will now work in the design sector within our group, making us bigger, stronger, and faster. 20% of the shares are held by the director of “Plentprojektas,” Andrius Sirtautas, who will continue to lead the new company in our group.

Our combined company team now includes more than 1,300 colleagues working at “Fegda Group,” “Fegda,” “Tilsta,” “Alkesta,” “SRP Projektas,” and now “Plentprojektas.”

“By acquiring “Plentprojektas,” we solved several important strategic issues – we immediately expanded and strengthened our existing design capabilities and the number of designers, allowing us to implement design orders for all our group companies faster and provide more design services across the design market, where we see high demand for these services. Even now, 85% of the income from our other design company “SRP Projektas” comes from projects unrelated to our group’s companies’ orders,” says Fegda Group’s CEO, Gediminas Gribulis.
