Following the reconstruction of A. and N. Zubov Park, the original English-style path network was restored, with emphasis placed on the historic chestnut alley. All old asphalt and hard-surface paths were removed, and new paths were constructed using fine gravel with granite edging. Based on dendrological study findings, the area was selectively thinned to preserve the most valuable trees, while the park was enriched with groups of decorative shrubs, evergreen and flowering plantings, and the round flowerbed near the manor was restored.
The small architectural elements selected are modern but subtly interpret the historical character of the park. A separate space was created on the lower terrace, featuring fenced tennis courts, pathways adapted for people with disabilities, and a 20-space parking lot. This reconstruction not only revived the park’s historical identity but also adapted it to meet the needs of contemporary visitors.
