Fegda and Tilsta is in the top ten of this year’s ranking of Lithuanian business leaders!

LVL500 is the ranking of the country’s business leaders creating a competitive Lithuania, which has been published for the seventh time by Verslo žinios. At the top of this year’s ranking are bankers, insurers, telecommunications, innovative industrial companies and unicorn Vinted, as well as two companies from the transport infrastructure group Fegda Group, which have made a particularly impressive leap up during the year.

Tilsta, which was in 170th place in the LVL500 ranking in 2024, has risen to 8th place in the ranking this year.

Fegda made an even more impressive jump during the year and rose from the 479th position to 10th place.

According to Verslo žinios, when compiling the LVL 500 rating, analysts take into account not only the growth of companies’ revenues and profits, but also other characteristics characteristic of business leaders.

Companies are also evaluated in terms of operational efficiency, benefits created for employees, sustainability policies, and transparency. When compiling the rating, the company’s openness and reputation are also taken into account.

According to the compilers of the ranking, therefore, among the leaders of the LVL 500 ranking, we do not necessarily see the largest companies in Lithuania, but those that have implemented solutions that have increased operational efficiency, successfully used the market situation, paid attention to sustainability, shared earnings more generously with employees, and followed the principles of transparency and social responsibility.
