While designing the territory for a storage-purpose building, solutions were implemented to ensure convenient transport flow and functional infrastructure. Hard surfaces were installed, along with a car parking area, ramps, and an access control checkpoint. The design also includes water wells, a pumping station, above-ground reservoirs, and domestic wastewater treatment facilities. To enhance the safety and usability of the area, retaining walls, a segmental fence, and traffic management measures were put in place. These solutions ensure smooth logistics, efficient land use, and convenient conditions for operations.
