Upon completion of the reconstruction project, the road section has been fundamentally upgraded – the asphalt pavement was widened from 4 to 8 meters, traffic safety measures were implemented, and the road structure was adapted for military mobility. The bridge over Lake Gėluotas was reconstructed, intersections with district roads, access roads, and bus stops were upgraded. Within the settlement, pedestrian paths, noise barriers, and lighting were installed, enhancing safety for both local residents and road users. These improvements ensure more convenient and safer travel for both local and transit traffic.
