Manage procurement of major construction works, materials, products, and equipment, including complex and high-value purchases
Negotiate and sign long-term supply and procurement contracts; select strategic suppliers and develop partnerships
Lead supplier negotiations and make final decisions on pricing, terms, and risk allocation
Initiate and supervise procurement tenders, ensuring transparency and compliance with internal procedures
Monitor the market, analyze supplier and price trends, and seek alternative solutions
Improve, standardize, and digitalize procurement processes
Collaborate with other departments (project management, production, finance, leadership) to support company-wide goals
Higher education in engineering, construction, economics, business management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in procurement or sales
Experience in the construction sector is a strong advantage (contracting works, materials, equipment)
Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies, manage budgets, and optimize costs
Ability to read technical drawings
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make informed decisions and take responsibility
Experience in managing long-term supply contracts, tenders, and partnership models
Analytical thinking and ability to work with cost calculations, offer comparisons, and market analysis
Good computer skills (Dynamics 365 or similar, Microsoft 365, procurement platforms)
Initiative, independence, and a strong result-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a dynamic, project-based environment
Good command of English (at least B2); other languages are an advantage
Work on large-scale, strategic projects of national importance in Lithuania
