Organize and execute procurement of construction works, products, materials, and equipment for ongoing projects (general construction works, excluding MEP systems)
Maintain relationships with current partners and actively develop connections with new suppliers
Search for, evaluate, and select new suppliers while building long-term cooperation
Organize long-term procurement and supply tenders, coordinate and sign procurement contracts based on the type of purchase
Conduct negotiations with suppliers and make reasoned decisions
Maintain procurement documentation and supplier database
Knowledge of design, production, construction execution technologies, pricing, and market participants in Lithuania and abroad
Higher education in civil engineering or at least 1 year of proven experience in large-scale construction procurement (works and/or materials)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle complex situations related to procurement and cost estimation
Good command of English (Polish is an advantage)
Work in large-scale, nationally important strategic infrastructure projects
