    • Experience operating heavy machinery
    • SM category tractor operator’s license and/or Category B driving license
    • Professionalism, independence, responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
    • Ability to travel on business trips within Lithuania when required
    • No harmful habits that could endanger safety in the workplace
