Fegda Group internal conference

The Fegda Group’s internal conference is not only an opportunity to gather together but also a platform where we reveal our strengths.

This year, we especially looked forward to hearing our colleagues’ stories about working on projects – presentations that bring us all together and remind us of the significant projects we are accomplishing together. These are moments when engineers, who prefer building roads and bridges to speaking in front of an audience, inspire us all with their stories. Their courage and sincerity remind us that every project – from strategic structures to the smallest details – is the result of teamwork.

At the conference, we joked about whether artificial intelligence could replace us. However, it is actually becoming more and more of a helper in our operations, helping to optimize processes and solve various tasks.

The speeches from our leaders inspired us to boldly take on challenges because it is the ability to handle extraordinary situations that sets us apart. Such days not only strengthen our understanding that we are one strong team but also help us realize how much we can achieve together.

One of the most beautiful thoughts we heard was the wish to “keep shining.” We honor the name of the Northern Star not only in our work but also in our daily team spirit.

The conference was filled with camaraderie and laughter, and the lively atmosphere was created by the conference host, Živilė Kropaitė. Thank you, Živilė!
