Manage road construction projects from start to finish, including final delivery;
Organize and oversee all on-site construction activities;
Coordinate the work of site managers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers;
Ensure that works are completed according to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards;
Communicate with the client, designers, technical supervisors, and institutions;
Prepare project reports, schedules, and required documentation.
Have a higher education degree in civil engineering (road or construction specialization);
Have at least 3–5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects;
Have strong knowledge of construction processes and legal requirements;
Be responsible, able to plan, make decisions, and motivate a team;
Hold a valid Category B driving license;
Advantage: experience working with Doclogix, MS Project, or similar systems; ability to communicate in English.
