Project manager, UAB “Fegda”

Job Type

• Manage road construction projects from start to finish, including final delivery;

• Organize and oversee all on-site construction activities;

• Coordinate the work of site managers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers;

• Ensure that works are completed according to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards;

• Communicate with the client, designers, technical supervisors, and institutions;

• Prepare project reports, schedules, and required documentation.

Requirements

• Have a higher education degree in civil engineering (road or construction specialization);

• Have at least 3–5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects;

• Have strong knowledge of construction processes and legal requirements;

• Be responsible, able to plan, make decisions, and motivate a team;

• Hold a valid Category B driving license;

• Advantage: experience working with Doclogix, MS Project, or similar systems; ability to communicate in English.
