Control and monitor project budgets and their execution
Analyze actual costs (plan vs. actual)
Conduct variance analysis and identify financial risks
Prepare regular financial reports for project managers and senior management
Analyze project profitability
Collaborate with project managers on financial decision-making
Ensure data accuracy in accounting and project management systems
Hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
Have at least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or project finance
Have excellent Excel skills
Be able to analyze large datasets and draw well-founded conclusions
Be detail-oriented, responsible, and results-driven
Be able to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Experience in a project-based or construction/engineering organization is an advantage
Experience with SBS or project management systems is an advantage
