Job Type

    • Preparation and completion of construction documentation (including entries in the electronic construction logbook; updating construction work schedules; drafting change orders, formal letters, various project progress reports, protocols, etc.)

    • Preparation of technical and financial documentation (including cumulative work completion statements and payment documents such as F-2, F-3, summaries, and analysis of project performance and other relevant data)

    • Completion, registration, and archiving of as-built construction documentation, including preparation for project handover procedures to the client

    • Assisting the project manager during the project initiation and handover phases

Requirements

    • Higher university or non-university education in engineering (final-year students may also apply)

    • Excellent computer skills, especially in MS 365 tools – with strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word

    • Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project

    • Ability to work in a team, complete assigned tasks effectively, and collaborate with others

    • Attention to detail, responsibility, critical thinking, creativity, and strong time management skills

Salary

€2200–€3500 gross/month
